so in recognition of the longest day we're gonna have for a while, some sunny photos. afternoon gorging ourselves in kew garden followed by Xtreme frisbee in the forest with morris and ellie and nige and shippie. ace.

Shortest Day here, and with it comes de vind dat blowsssssssssss
and snow down south and whereever. But most of all the little red travel suitcase with the wheels that went clickedy click everywhere with me last year is going flying away again and I am remembering ---and planning.

winter solstice has been and gone and we are celebrating tomorrow with a coal range party and smoky mulled wine and soup and fresh steaming bread and sticky date puddings and candles and wishes of sun to come to the longer day yet again and around and around it goes.
