You guys sure do like to show off a lot. :P
Sunny Friendly Feilding is very pleasantly sunny today at least.

Hey Jonalana,

Pleased to see you've settled into a very relaxing routine for now. Among exams etc i dropped Mum off to the airport recently for her big O.E!! look out world!! We had a kilkenny together at the airport and she wants to have a competition on who can consume the most in the coming months. I can't loose a beer drinking competition to my mother!

Anyway, missing you both loads and wishing you many wines and fine laughs.

I talked to Alana on my Roaming mobile phone a few days ago. I too had been concerned about their whereabouts. Well, they are doing fine. Still in Sicily,I think. The connection was not good and therefore short. They have not had internet access.
Meanwhile I'm having a great holiday in Eastern Canada in the company of a wonderful hostess.
Warm and well fed, and relearning French language.

My Diary says Sienna, not Sicily, but I was just pretty excited to hear Alana's voice. Kath.

Ain't it great. I talked to both those adventurers today and , well you are probably savey enough to know , but they have been keeping an eye on this blog site too. They just haven't had the right access to be able load it up again.
So watch what you write about them. And keep checking for the next installment from sunny Italy.

We celebrated Canada day here July 1st. A wedding with a large public fireworks display and real lightening for entertainment. Whow!
I don't quite know how they managed to organise that, but I do think that the country folk must be wondering when they will actually get all the grass dealt with. Appearantly it will be fire fighting season in a month or so.
Take care you all/God bless you.

hey you guys must've loved watching the world cup final nella italia. what a great one, to be there when they won - well planned, au! i'm glad to hear via your mum that you're okay - i'd been wondering too. i'm dreaming of 39 in the shade. i had a snowfight on the desertroad last week, 'cos the snow was thick, right down to the road. there were lots of snowmen and women cruising about too. so that's how chilly it is in this here neck of the woods. can you post some recipes next time you can do some uploading? i want to join in on the italian deliciousness. well, actually i went to gina's in auckland on friday, and there were delicous waiters as well as delicious food there, so i can't really complain! but i'm sure you've been paying attention to the meals, you super cooks. thinking of you lots, xx
